SAC - Cycling Trip at Taman Pertanian Bukit Cahaya
Shah Alam
On the28th of July 2012, the Sky Adventure Club of Taylor's Lakeside has organized a "simple" cycling trip to the Taman Pertanian Bukit Cahaya Shah Alam. The reason for the cycling trip is to avenge and to fulfill the clubs requirement of having at least one cycling activity in each year.
Avenge? Why avenge, you might ask. Funny thing to say huh?
Well, my dear adventurers, the SAC should would have had their cycling pledge annual activity going on, but due to some unexpected problems and difficulties, it was cancelled.
Sad hor?
Please say it with me, SO SAD! ( thank you ya? )
This years cycling pledge was to cycle to Kuala Terengganu but there were some super major bumpy road faced so we had to call it off..
Another sad moment.. Say it with me people!!
So, after all those mumbling and rumbling by yours truly, on to the hot stuff!
HOT STUFF( scroll down )
The cycling trip at Taman Pertanian Bukit Cahaya Shah Alam ( abbrv : Cycling Trip ) consist of members of SAC from Taylor's Lakeside Campus and also the Subang Campus.
Hey we should have more of this join-activity le! >:(
We gathered at Taylor's Lakeside at 6 in the morning ( everyone agreed on this... ) but loo and behold, almost everybody is late! Like, guys what happened lah?
So, after everyone gathered safe and sound, onwards to the Taman Pertanian. Traffic was super smooth so we had no problem reaching the location "fast fast".
But hey guess what? It wasn't open yet. Apparently the info-person wasn't providing us accurate info ek? Hahaha.. But meh, no matter.
To fill in the time while waiting for the park to open, we had some members to go to the nearest McDonalds to get all of us some breakfast; me excluded since I am fasting. ( who is me? Pochi lo! )
Let's just say, after the breakfast everything was all good. ( wink wink )
Everyone was super excited to cycle that we rush to the entrance the minute the gate was open. We paid RM3 for the entrance and proceed to the bicycle shack to get our bicycles.
Oh and needless to say, we took thousands of pics from gathering up till this very moment; and I am sure there are more to come. :)
Group Photo Number... I don't know.. SOO many!
Cycling was so much fun; especially during cycling up the hill. Almost everyone gave a very disgruntled look.
But hey wait a minute, aside from the disgruntled look and the stream of sweat down our body and every inch of our skin, we stayed together and cheered everyone to keep pushing on!
That is our club specialty. We leave no one behind. :)
Oh and Aladdin fell off his bicycle. Pity. ( and I did not able to take any pics too..... )
Taboo having so much fun. See she is so excited face.
Well, ENJOY LIFE MAH! Hahahaha!!
The highlight of the cycling trip was when we reached the end of the park where there are floating gazebos on the lake and we had yet anohter game in the form of Truth and Dare.
For those of you that have played before, you may recall that this game can be quite raunchy. Hehehe.
Nahhh u see... So cute... hehehe.. Pokemon slow-dancing! :D
Ooooo Baaaaarrraaaccuuudaaa~~ Heheheh~
Beetle on the move.
Tarzan : The Abs guy next to King. haha
After cycling, it was well around 12 noon. Everyone was hungry and what better than to have lunch together, we say. ( Except me, and I was parched beyond help. hehe. )
After lunch, we headed back to lakeside campus to end the days trip.
Overall, this cycling trip was a very fun one; if only I was not fasting. ( This is just an added info yeah? ) Everyone really had fun and shows much co-operation and teamwork that is unmatched to other things. The level of brotherhood and open-mindedness displayed by each and every one of the members were simply amazing; only living proof just how close the members of SAC had become.
Sky Adventure Club is not just about adventures and all those hard work stuff; we focus more on the development and improvement of the members. We want to learn new stuff and meet new friends; extend our bonds till only time can tell.
Till next time, adventurers.
Regards,
Pochi. <3
