SAC Annual Dinner

Taylor's Lakeside Campus Sky Adventure Club's first ever annual dinner took place at the Retro Kitchen, which is located in SS2. The price for the buffet is reasonable and the food were pretty good! Too bad there were no free refills for the drinks. So, only one glass per person. So sadddd... :P

We arrived at 8pm, sat down and chit-chatted while eating as we were all really hungry.

We also ordered Yee Sang, also known as the Prosperity Toss. It usually consists of strips of raw fish, mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments, among other ingredients, and it is served during the Chinese New Year. Yee Sang is considered as a symbol of abundance, prosperity and vigor to the Chinese community.

It was a total mess after the toss =O..felt so bad for the staff working there to clean up out mess..

Not to forget, we had a surprise belated birthday celebration for one of our member, PhaikYan aka Taboo.

The funny thing is she got her head smashed into the cake and some of us were shocked as we totally didn't see that coming. The cake was called Opera and we wanted to eat it so badly because it's really, really nice! :(

After destroying the Opera cake, they bought a second one from a nearby cake shop and served it to all of us.
